The visit began in our showroom, where our team introduced the company’s development history, current operations, main product lines, representative engineering projects, and relevant qualifications and honors. Through the product displays and detailed presentations, the customers gained a comprehensive understanding of our capabilities in transformer manufacturing, project applications, and quality management.

After the showroom visit, General Manager Wang led the U.S. customers into our production workshop for a closer look at the actual transformer manufacturing process.

At the transformer core production area, General Manager Wang introduced the manufacturing process of transformer cores in detail, including the slitting, cutting, punching, and other processing procedures of silicon steel sheets. The customers were also able to observe the production equipment and processing operations on site, gaining a more direct understanding of our manufacturing processes and production standards.

As one of the key components of a transformer, the quality of the transformer core has a direct impact on the operating performance, efficiency, and reliability of the finished product. Through the factory tour, the customers gained a better understanding of our material selection, production procedures, equipment, and quality control practices, and expressed their recognition of our standardized production management and mature manufacturing processes.

During the factory tour, our large-capacity oil-immersed transformers also attracted considerable attention from the U.S. customers. They showed great interest in the overall structure, manufacturing process, and production details of the transformers, and took photos to record the visit.

The customers then visited the assembly area for dry-type transformers, where they observed the assembly process and learned more about the manufacturing characteristics and production procedures of different types of transformers.

This factory visit provided the U.S. customers with a more direct and comprehensive understanding of our production capabilities, product quality, and manufacturing processes. More importantly, face-to-face communication and on-site technical discussions helped strengthen mutual understanding and trust between both sides.

At the end of the visit, General Manager Wang took a group photo with the visiting U.S. customers, marking the successful conclusion of this factory tour and business exchange.
