Pursuing a high starting point and advanced technology has always been the goal of “Guanghui” people. The company employs over 100 highly qualified professional technicians and has introduced internationally advanced equipment, including a German JÖRG fully automated core production line, German XUBAI fully automated coil casting equipment, and multiple Xi’an Qiyuan BRJ-1400-2 foil winding machines. These capabilities enable the company to mass-produce dry-type transformers. Over the past 40 years, Guanghui has developed a wide range of transformers, including oil-immersed, box-type, and dry-type transformers in various specifications. The company possesses first-class testing capabilities, equipped with China’s leading comprehensive transformer testing systems. It can perform full routine, type, and special tests for dry-type transformers up to 35kV and 16,000kVA, and for oil-immersed transformers up to 110kV and 50,000kVA/3,200kVA. Testing equipment includes multifunctional transformer test systems, 0.05-class precision transformers, imported power analyzers, induction voltage regulators, synchronous generator sets, 500kVA quadruple-frequency generator sets, 1000kV impulse voltage generators, partial discharge measurement systems, as well as precision instruments for oil chromatography and moisture content measurement.

The world’s largest mining project—the Simandou Iron Ore Project—is located in southeastern Guinea and is one of the highest-quality and largest-scale mining projects globally. With a total investment exceeding USD 20 billion, the project covers integrated infrastructure works including mines, railways, and ports.
For Phase I of the railway project from Maribaya Port to the Simandou mining area, all 36 units of 35 kV transformers were manufactured and supplied by our company. All equipment has now arrived at the project site, has been successfully energized, and is operating stably. Any future capacity expansion will continue to be coordinated with our company, supporting further expansion into the African market and enhancing our international influence.
