The three-phase cast-resin dry-type transformer is the foundational power distribution core for modern substations. Strictly conforming to IEC and national standards, it utilizes vacuum-cast epoxy resin and an efficient natural/forced air cooling system. It seamlessly merges the oil-free, eco-friendly, and fire-resistant benefits of dry-type systems with the immense stability required for three-phase centralized distribution. It is highly suitable for medium-small industrial parks, commercial complexes, municipal public utilities, and renewable energy integrations, operating flawlessly in standard and customized harsh environments.
Core Parameters:
• Energy Efficiency: Tier 2 Efficiency (SCB10 Series, GB 20052-2024 NX2).
• Structure: High-Strength Resin Cast + Foil LV Windings (Robust short-circuit resistance).
• Cooling Mode: AN / AF Dual Mode (Forced air safely boosts capacity during peak loads).
Product Features

Engineered perfectly for three-phase networks, utilizing a Dyn11 vector group to excel at handling unbalanced loads and suppressing zero-sequence harmonics across the grid.

100% oil-free design using premium flame-retardant epoxy resin. It acts as a self-extinguishing barrier, eliminating all explosion hazards in densely populated indoor spaces.

The low-voltage coils are constructed from imported copper foil, massively enhancing the mechanical strength and the transformer's ability to endure severe short-circuit impacts.

Adheres to the SCB10 Tier 2 efficiency standards (NX2). It strikes the perfect balance between initial capital investment and long-term energy savings for standard industrial loads.

Standardly relies on Natural Air (AN) cooling. Activating the optional Forced Air (AF) cooling can safely boost the operational capacity by 1.2x during peak demand periods.

With no insulating oil to monitor or replace, operational maintenance is reduced to simple visual checks and occasional fan dust wiping, ideal for semi-unattended substations.

FAQ
The Dyn11 vector group (Delta primary, Star secondary with neutral) is the universal standard for modern three-phase distribution networks, offering several critical advantages over the older Yyn0 configuration:
1) High Tolerance for Unbalanced Loads: In commercial and residential buildings, single-phase loads (lighting, appliances) are rarely perfectly balanced across the three phases. The Delta (D) primary winding allows zero-sequence currents to circulate within the closed loop, preventing them from distorting the primary voltage. This ensures the transformer delivers highly stable voltage even when loads are severely imbalanced.
2) Harmonics Suppression: Modern grids are filled with non-linear loads (LEDs, computers, EV chargers) that generate 3rd harmonic currents. The Dyn11 delta winding traps and suppresses these 3rd harmonics, preventing them from polluting the high-voltage grid and reducing overheating in the transformer core.
3) Enhanced Safety & Grounding: The Star (y) secondary provides a solid neutral point, enabling standard 3-phase 4-wire (or 5-wire TN-S) distribution. This ensures safe 220V single-phase tapping and robust ground-fault protection for end-users.
