FAQ
The pad-mounted design is intended to drastically simplify installation, but it still requires a fundamentally sound environment:
1) Foundation Flatness & Strength: The floor or pad must be entirely flat and solid concrete. Although the base distributes weight efficiently, the floor must easily support the unit's weight. Ensure there are no uneven surfaces that could cause the chassis to tilt or vibrate during operation.
2) Handling & Placement: The specialized pad-mount base is designed to be easily maneuvered by a standard small forklift. Ensure the forklift tines are correctly aligned with the designated slots on the base to prevent bumping the resin windings during positioning.
3) Proximity to Loads: This unit is built to sit right next to the load center (like factory machinery or server racks). While it saves space, you must still maintain basic clearance for natural air convection and safety—typically avoiding placing items directly against the cooling vents.
