Product Features

Fully oil-free structure with vacuum-cast epoxy resin. It is completely flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, strictly adhering to building safety codes for high-rises and basements.

Engineered specifically for confined indoor substations. Its compact dimensions allow for seamless integration alongside standard low-voltage switchgears without wasting real estate.

Features a high-grade silicon steel core assembled with 45° step-lap joints. This drastically dampens magnetic vibration, keeping indoor noise levels extremely low for quiet commercial environments.

Adheres to the SCB10 Tier 2 efficiency standards (NX2). It strikes the perfect balance between initial capital investment and long-term energy savings for standard industrial loads.

Available as an open unit (IP00) or equipped with protective IP20/IP40 steel cabinets, preventing vermin or accidental human contact within shared electrical rooms.

The solid-state design means no oil testing, filtering, or replacements. Simply ensure the indoor room is ventilated and periodically wipe the cooling channels of dust.

FAQ
Because indoor dry-type transformers rely on ambient air to dissipate heat, proper ventilation is critical for maintaining capacity and lifespan:
1) Clearances: You must maintain a minimum clearance of 0.8m to 1.0m from the walls and surrounding switchgears to ensure smooth air intake and exhaust around the resin coils.
2) Room Ventilation: The electrical room cannot be fully sealed. It must have adequate louvers for natural cross-ventilation. For large capacity models (≥800kVA), the room must be equipped with active exhaust fans placed near the ceiling to expel the rising hot air, ensuring the ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃.
3) Enclosure Selection: If the indoor environment has heavy foot traffic or rodent risks, select an IP20 or IP40 enclosure. Note that enclosed units require slightly more rigorous room ventilation to compensate for the restricted airflow caused by the protective steel mesh.
