The vacuum resin casting process is the defining technology that ensures the safety, longevity, and efficiency of our dry-type transformers:

1) Eliminating Partial Discharge: By pouring the epoxy resin under a strict vacuum, all microscopic air bubbles are sucked out of the windings before the resin hardens. Air bubbles inside high-voltage insulation cause "partial discharge" (tiny internal sparks), which eventually destroys the insulation. Our vacuum process guarantees a partial discharge of ≤5pC, ensuring the core runs safely for 25+ years.

2) Extreme Structural Strength: Once the resin cures, the copper windings are encased in a solid, rock-hard block. This provides immense mechanical strength, allowing the transformer to easily withstand the massive electromagnetic shocks generated during short-circuits without deforming.

3) Moisture & Dust Proofing: The solid, impenetrable resin barrier means that high humidity, coastal salt spray, or industrial dust cannot reach the conductive copper. This makes the transformer completely maintenance-free regarding internal cleaning.
