Our 35kV dry-type transformers feature capacities ranging from 30kVA to 5000kVA. Utilizing epoxy resin casting, the SCB13 series is currently one of the most widely used energy-saving products for 35kV voltage grades. They ensure high safety, excellent environmental adaptability, and full compliance with the latest efficiency standards.

Product Features

Constructed with epoxy resin casting, making it flame retardant and self-extinguishing. Available with IP20 protection to prevent accidental contact with live parts.

Features AN/AF cooling modes. When equipped with forced air cooling (AF), the transformer's capacity can be increased by 50% during heavy loads.

The standard Dyn11 vector group offers strong anti-harmonic capabilities and minimal zero-sequence impedance, perfect for modern grids.

Fully complies with the latest GB/T 10228-2023 standards. Optional SCB14/SCB18 versions are available for even lower energy losses.

FAQ & Selection Guide
For standard operations, AN (Natural Air Cooling) is recommended as it operates silently without fans and requires minimal maintenance. If you anticipate load spikes, choose AN/AF (Forced Air Cooling). When temperatures rise or the load exceeds rated capacity, the fans activate, allowing for a short-term 50% capacity overload.
35kV dry-type transformers are primarily designed for indoor use. If outdoor installation is necessary, the unit MUST be equipped with a protective enclosure rated IP54 or higher. This enclosure will protect the transformer from UV radiation and rain, while also providing necessary ventilation and heat dissipation.
