The dry-type models utilize AN (Air Natural) cooling, while the oil-immersed models use ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) cooling to ensure stable temperature management.

We offer paper insulation for oil-immersed types and epoxy resin casting for dry-type single phase transformers. The temperature class can be B, F or H based on client site conditions. Our units follow IEC standards, with strict partial discharge testing. We can adjust insulation structure for high humidity, high altitude or polluted environments to keep stable operation.

Standard single phase transformers support 1.1 times continuous rated load. For short-time use, it can bear 1.5 times overload within 2 hours without damage. We will redesign winding and core if you need stronger overload performance. Thermal protection devices are optional to prevent winding overheating during abnormal load fluctuations.

Stock standard single phase transformers can be delivered within 7–15 working days. Customized models with special voltage ratios, enclosures or mounting structures take 25–40 working days. We will confirm the schedule after drawing approval. Our production plan will be updated to you regularly, and we arrange full factory testing before shipment.

Our single phase transformer comes with a 3-year warranty starting from shipment date. Within warranty period, we supply free spare parts for quality-caused failures. Our technical team offers remote troubleshooting guidance. If needed, we can arrange on-site technical service. We also provide lifelong paid maintenance support after the warranty expires.
